This is a wonderful idea. I had my card stolen from behind a bar once, so this app/concept would obviously solve that. The only thing is security…all those wireless CC numbers bouncing around the ether in some random bar might make an attractive target for the good folks over at Google.
Go Vols!
Here’s the app’s icon ^

@lpranal: You should hang out at the Denny’s. The bums there all drink malt liquor.
Not… that I would know anything about that…

@spinnaker0: or, you could avoid even more hassle and frustration by drinking bum wine in the IHOP parking lot, like I do*
*I don’t really do that
*Ok, sometimes.

Also, it should be noted that this is available on Android. Has been for quite some time.

I’d willingly pay 99 cents each time to pay my tab when i want and not have to wait a long time to get a tab from the bartender. Pay a buck and avoid the hassle and frustration of getting the bartender’s attention in a crowded bar– I’m in. Also not have to worry about leaving behind your credit card, ID, etc.

If only Gray Powell had this, he probably wouldn’t have lost his phone.

What a terrific way to encourage people to drink way more than they should! Bar tabs already do that!

I guess if you bought an iPhone 4 you have a reason to drink enough to need an app like this.

I need to try it!
Probably I’ll take some absent in the bar tonight!
You’ve got a really nice site here. I’ve learned quite a bit and being the iPhone-lunaticperson that I am, that’s a good thing
Thanks again.
